What is BCX.BA?

BCX.ba is the first platform in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the purchase, sale, exchange, trading, storage and management of your digital assets.
BCX.ba is a full stock exchange platform that offers our clients digital wallets and enables the trading of crypts, tokens and smart contracts. Also, our platform offers the possibility of exchanging your digital assets for the official currency in BiH-BAM.

Is your platform safe?

In creating the BCX.ba platform we used the most modern design and technology of web application development. In the implementation of security measures, we have been imperative to maximally protect the digital assets of our clients, which we preserve and manage through our platform.We have several levels of system protection and execution of transactions that provide unauthorized access, but the protection of the user account is the obligation of each client.

How do I open an account?

You need to enter your username and your basic personal information. A link to verify your email address will be sent to you by the entered email, after which you need to click on the link that you received to verify.

Is this legal?

BCX.ba is a project of Digital Asset Management d.o.o., registered for carrying out trade mediation and information and database management.

Cryptographic, token and smart contracts are not illegal in BiH, actually digital assets are treated as any other property that has a certain value, and the custody and trade are treated in accordance with the existing Legislation in BiH.

By registering your user account on our platform, you enter into a contractual and regulated legal relationship with our company. Details, terms, rights and obligations regarding your relationship as a client and our company as a service provider are defined in the "Terms of Use".

How do you store my personal information?

As a legal entity in Bosnia and Herzegovina, we are obliged to apply all laws, concerning our business, as well as laws that protect our customers. In this regard, your data is used exclusively in accordance with the details specified in the Privacy Policy.

Can I register as a company?

BCX.ba supports the registration of legal entities, and enables businesses to deal with digital assets in the same way as for individuals. To register as a legal entity, you need to send a request to the email: info@bcx.ba.

How to protect your account?

• Set a strong password.
The password must be unique. Do not use simple words, date dates, etc.

• Set the transaction password.
A transaction passphrase is a special password (similar to a PIN code) that provides an added level of security when creating outgoing transactions. Payment from an account is not possible without entering a transaction passcode.

• Enable 2FA authentication
A very important security factor for your account. 2FA authentication is an added level of security that requires an independent PIN code from your other device (for example, Mobile Phone). In case anyone discovers your password, they simply could not use it without accessing your phone

Items to which you have to pay attention for the security of your account.
-Regularly check your device from which you access the Platform for viruses and malicious applications.
-Do not use an unknown WIFI network, for example, restaurants, playgrounds, bars and other open WIFI signals.
-Do not use the same password on multiple locations.
-Do not reveal your password to anyone.
-Activate 2FA.
-Email should be exclusive to you, without other users.
-Do not open unknown content on mail.
-Check the origin of each mail.
-Do not leave your information on unknown sites.

How to enable 2FA?

Activation of 2FA authenticity:
-Install "Google Authenticator"
-Enable 2FA in your account
-Settings> 2FA> enable 2FA
-Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator and enter the code you received
-During the creating transactions, use the PIN code displayed by the application

My password does not work !?

If you happen to have forgotten your password or is for some reason incorrect, you need to cancel your password and activate the new one.
-Under the registration field, select the option "Forgot your password?"
-Enter your email and send a password reset request
-Within a few seconds, you will receive a mail to reset your password
-Enter a new password

2FA codes do not work

-Make sure the time zone on your cell phone or computer is the same.
-The authentication application must be the same as an application used to set up 2FA.

What kind of verification is needed and why do I have to verify it?

Before you start buying / selling digital assets, you need to do the following verifications:
-Email
-Phone
-Identity (ID card, place of residence and ID authentification)
-Bank and bank account
-Employment and sources of funds

Due to your safety, as well as due to the Law on the Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, we are obligated to have all of the above verifications in order to be able to trade digital assets.

Where can I make payment, and can I pay in cash?

All payments will be made through a commercial bank or mail by a issued payment order or cash payment order. Cash transactions are not possible.

Payments to digital wallets?

To pay for your digital wallets, go to the Wallet tab and select your desired wallet then click on Deposit. Copy your wallet address or take a picture of the displayed QR code, and make a payment to the specified address. The payment amount will be granted to your account after confirming a certain number of network confirmation of the transaction. The time required to confirm the transaction depends on the type of currency you transmit. You can track the transaction via the TXID link on the Transaction tab Transaction - Transactions Crypto. Transactions that have not been confirmed are marked with RED color, which are currently in the pending status are marked with ORANGE, and the validated transactions are marked with GREEN color.

How to exchange currencies?

To exchange your currency go to the Exchange tab, select the currency and the amount you want to exchange and the currency you want to exchange to. You will get a calculation of the amount and commission you are paying for. After entering a transaction password, the order will be executed immediately.

How to pay in BAM?

After verifying your account, you will be able to transfer funds to your BAM wallet.
Go to Wallet tab - BAM - Deposit. Enter the payment amount and you will receive instructions on how to complete the payment order. Fill in the order identically as in the example shown and make sure you enter your first and last name and a payment reference number. Once we receive the payment, we will credit your account for the amount paid.

Which crypto currencies I can buy or sell on BCX.ba?

The currencies listed on the platform are:
Bitcoin (BTC), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Zcash (ZEC) and Monero (XMR).
Depending on market requirements we will add additional currencies and we will notify you through web site and social networks.

What is the commission?

How long does it take for the money to arrive to the bank?

The system automatically sends a notification via e-mail when the payment is approved. The period in which the funds go to your account depends on the time of payment and the bank in which you have an account. As a rule, all payments made by 2pm on a business day will be on your account on the same day, ie no later that the next business day. In the case of payment orders after 2pm they are usually proceeded the next working day. In case your account is in the same bank as ours ("MF bank" a.d. Banja Luka) during working hours, the money is in your account within 30 minutes.

How do you calculate an exchange rate?

Prices on our platform are the standard index of the average world market, ie price information for a particular currency is created based on the EUR exchange rate on coinmarketcap.com and converted into BAM at the official average rate of 1.95583.

Withdraw from BAM wallet?

To withdraw BAM from your BAM account, go to the Wallet tab - BAM - Withdraw. Enter the amount you want, select the bank account on which you make the payment, and enter the code and 2FA authorization. After processing your payment order you will receive a confirmation , your payment will be executed and the funds will be paid to your bank account.

Withdraw from digital wallets?

To withdraw from your digital wallet go to the Wallet tab - select your desired wallet - Withdraw. Enter the desired amount and enter the code and 2FA authorization. Your transaction will be immediately executed. You can track the transaction via the TXID link on the Transaction - Transaction Crypto.

Phone number changed, how to verify that again?

To change verified data(documents, address, phone number etc.), set the ticket for support and we will contact you with further instructions.

How to verify phone number?

To verify your phone number click on a tab ''Send verification code''. After that a form will open where you need to enter the 6-digit code that you will receive on your phone via SMS.

How to become VIP member?

The VIP program is intended for members who have a larger volume of transactions, and have benefits primarly in the amount of commissions on our exchange platform. You become a VIP user the moment the total volume of transactions exceeds 100,000 BAM.

How much time does it take to verify my documents?

Documents verification is done manually by our administrators, and it takes some time to verify the documents. Generally, all verifications are processed on the same day. To expedite verification, please strictly follow the instructions and send documents that are high resolution, clear and legible.

Bank verification, my document does not meet the conditions, why?

In order to verify your bank account, the document you attach must contain your full name and your transaction account number. Please do not send credit card statements or other account numbers that do not have 16 digits.

How to delete or deactivate account?

In accordance to GDPR rules your account can be deleted or deactivated at any time. To deactivate you need to place a ticket in the REGISTRATION category with a request to delete your account, in which you can also state the reason. Upon your request your account will be deactivated and all personal data that we are not required to keep will be deleted. The data that we are obliged to keep in accordance with other legal acts, and which relate to your transactions will still remain stored in our database.

What is password for transactions?

A transaction password is an additional password used for transactions, and is different from the password you use to log in to your account. It is intended to authorize every transaction with it, regardless of the status of your login to the system. For example, when authorizing payments at a POS terminal, your mobile application is non-stop logged in via the API access, but again, it is necessary that each individual transaction is authorized. Before performing any transaction, it is necessary to set your transaction password in the SETTINGS / TRANSACTION PASSWORD panel. In case you forgot your transaction password, you can reset it on the same panel.

What is 2FA and how to use it ?

2FA, ie two-factor authentication, is a special form of additional authentication for which it is necessary to have an additional device that generates a one-time six-digit code (OTP-one time password). BCX uses the google 2FA platform, ie you can use any application running the google API to use the 2FA code. The most commonly used mobile apps are "Authy" and "Google Authenticator" which can be found on the Play Store (Andriod) or the AppStore (Apple). When you activate 2FA on your mobile device, your device will generate a new 6-digit code every 30 seconds. On the BCX platform, it is MANDATORY to use a 2FA code for every crypto asset payment. This is an additional security measure that allows no one, even if they know your login code and transaction code, to pay off your crypto-assets without access to your mobile device. Additionally, the 2FA code changes every 30 seconds, so without instant access to the device it is not possible to make a payout. In particular, the use of 2FA prevents misuse by third parties and allows users to securely store and use crypto assets.
